I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!! All recommendations for truck drivers!

I purchased a Yokohama tire for my semi truck and the tires outter tread is literally popping off. I reached out to Yokohama and even went back to the Loves truck shop to get the tire replaced being it was only 2 mos old. I was told that I did something to damage the tires tread. I told them I have been doing nothing but driving regular on normal terrain. I was denied any resolution!! TO ALL DRIVERS PLS DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND FOR YOUR SEMI!!!
