poor customer service and not an accurate menu. i ordered cookies and cream ice cream and the image that yogurtology had on door dash was vanilla ice cream with chunks of oreo in it. the whole thing cost 17 dollars and what i got was this bad tasting chocolate ice cream with no oreo chunks. I called them and explained my issue and they didn't care that their menu was misleading and would not refund me at all.
The Yogurtology in Scottsdale isn't offering free yogurt as advertised on National Yogurt Day on this page. The cashier said the owner didn't want to do it even though their national page is advertising it. I had to pay $7 for my kid's yogurt since we were there and we couldn't tell how much it was. I swear the cashier had her hand on the scale. This is ridiculous. Totally bait and switch. We will never set foot in another Yogurtology again. They should honor their ads.
Great flavor but way overpriced. When I was told how much my yogurt was, I was floored. They have increased the price per ounce and my cup that was 1/2 full with no toppings was $6.20! I am so disappointed- it makes Cold Stone look like a bargain- Mix in toppings and there is actually employee labor involved!
