Came in to another great froyo today dealt with a younger lady who was very sweet It was quite busy but we left with some giants spoons and we had so much fun Thank you
Some guy at the front desk called himself a manager and was disrespectful to all of the customers. He touched my bowl of yogurt with his hand then refused to give me a refund
I visited this place quite frequently with my two grandsons and have seen this place get worse and worse with watery yogurt and dirty machines. Mold on water dispenser. This most frequent visit an elderly man walks in behind counter and puts his hand in bowl of toppings to eat something… final straw for me.
Been going to this Yogurtland for a hot minute staff is some pretty young folk but very accommodating just ask! Toppings are always stocked. Fella named cody at the front doing a great job.
The employee who works at the Rancho Mission Viejo Yogurtland who wears a beanie is worthless. I have taken my two young boys there and the past 3 experiences we’ve had with this employee has been horrible. He reprimands my 3 year old for eating a brownie bite out of his cup before paying, told my 8 year old who accidentally touched his yogurt while adding MnM’s as his topping in his bowl to stop getting yogurt on the topping spoon and commented to me not to drop a single Mochi on the counter while I was applying my toppings... read more
