They do not always have all 16 flavors available, but they still have a good offering. The topping options are endless. Since they are not cheap, it is Just very bothersome to watch other patrons take their sample cup and sample EVERY flavor no less than 3 times. Clerk was aware but sad nothing. And then leave without making a purchase. At first I thought the individual may be special needs (which could explain his behavior) but after observing the whole activity, I determined he was not.
