I love and appreciate this place more and more every time I come! They always have at least one flavor of no sugar added yogurt. That makes me very happy, as this is the ONLY place that offers sugar free, no sugar added yogurt. Other places use the "excuse" that they just "dont make enough money" off of the sugar free, no sugar added varieties. Well, thankfully Yogurt Mountain is successful enough to afford to accommodate diabetics, and others that choose a no sugar, low sugar diet. THANK YOU YOGURT MOUNTAIN!
Make sure yogurt is frozen. Hire workers that care if it's frozen or not.
Very impressed with a situation that occurred just now. Mr. Perkins was working the counter, I won't go into details for personal reasons. But he just made my mother's day during a very bad time! Just added me as a regular customer!!!
Mr. Perkins at store 3577 was a perfect example of kindness and generosity. He made my mom’s day during a stressful time for our family and we are very grateful.
Love the frozen yogurt, but I have been very disappointed in the service. On one occasion I walked in 30 minutes before close and had an employee roll their eyes at me and my friends. In addition, on two separate occasions I have shown up with friends to get yogurt during “business hours” and seen an employee inside with the door locked. Lastly, my husband called tonight at 8:45pm to make sure you guys were open and was told by an employee that the shop closed at 8:30pm when your business hours state that you close at 10pm. ... read more
