It doesn’t magically take away all my cramps but it does decrease them and makes it so that I’m not relying heavily on ibuprofen and to me that’s enough to keep me drinking it. It’s also delicious and smells amazing. I steep 2 bags at a time for stronger flavor, take it with honey, and it’s great.
