1.0 out of 5 stars Can't take turmeric I got this and realized after I used this product and another product that I cannot take turmeric as it makes my joints and body hurts so bad that I cannot stand up and walk. I gave this product to my friend cuz she can take it with no problem. You might want to try it before you use it because in three days of using I was hurting so bad that I couldn't even hardly get up out of bed and walk. So be sure before you take or purchase it
5.0 out of 5 stars Works wonders for cramps and flow! I recently got the copper IUD. Cue the raspberry tea!!! It practically eliminates the cramping and has made my period extremely light! Take a couple days before and during for best results.

5.0 out of 5 stars Provides natural stress relief & helps with digestion This is my go-to tea for stress relief on a busy day or to unwind in the evening. The flavor is nice with a bit of an herb/spice note to it and the smell is very relaxing. I also feel like this helps with digestion/bloating and just overall leaves me feeling fresh & reset after drinking it. I'd recommend steeping it for the full time stated on the box and I will often leave it in for the entire time that I'm drinking it for a more potent flavor.

1.0 out of 5 stars Inferior tea bags As you can see the tea bags don't hold together so i got almost as much tea in my cup as what was left in the tea bag. If I wanted loose leaf tea I would have purchased it. I can even get a replacement or refund for my purchase. I never had a problem with Yogi teas before.
5.0 out of 5 stars A good choice for stress I make green tea every morning and combine the Kava tea with the green tea. I drink the combination all day over ice. I enjoy more energy with less stress!
