Awesome Class this morning with Jayne - - exactly what I needed after my first week of training for a 5K. Everyone was nice and helpful through the poses. Definitely will go back. Give two thumbs up!
The teacher abd students and wonderful and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed. I miss my yoga classes with the variety of student and teacher. Cant want till i can get back there and have a awesome class.

One of the best things about living in Clifton. The instructors care about the students. Helpful for those that are not at the top of the achievement Spector. My practice has improved so much, I am a senior citizen!!!
