Specialties YogaCentric is a vinyasa studio, yoga flow. We pride ourselves in being a truly friendly and welcoming studio. Our population is co-ed and has a very varied population in age, so there is room for everyone here. We keep the studio 78 degrees so it is not hot yoga, but you will be warm. For our beginners, we will teach you proper form and alignment so you won't get hurt and you will be able to attempt more challenging poses as you strengthen your skills. Awesome Class this morning with Jayne - - exactly what I needed after my first week of training for a 5K. Everyone was nice and helpful through the poses. Definitely will go back. Give two thumbs up!
The teacher abd students and wonderful and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed. I miss my yoga classes with the variety of student and teacher. Cant want till i can get back there and have a awesome class.
Great studio, beautiful community, amazing teachers.
One of the best things about living in Clifton. The instructors care about the students. Helpful for those that are not at the top of the achievement Spector. My practice has improved so much, I am a senior citizen!!!
