Our population is co-ed and has a very varied population in age, so there is room for everyone here. We keep the studio 78 degrees so it is not hot yoga, but you will be warm. For our beginners, we will teach you proper form and alignment so you won't get hurt and you will be able to attempt more challenging poses as you strengthen your skills.
