We offer yoga 7 days a weeks for all levels of students including Iyengar style, Kundalini, Active Flow, Beginners, Gentle/Restorative, Almost Hot Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, individual and group personal training, and individual yoga instruction. Beautiful studio, everyone is so welcoming and passionate. I received an excellent massage today, and had a tour of the studio. Absolutely beautiful, I am looking forward to taking the classes, and workshops they have to offer! Thank you Marty for relieving my pain!
