I was with my best friend for a milestone birthday in Miami Beach this past weekend, and we found Stefanie's business online. I highly recommend doing a semi-private beach yoga session with her. She was professional, punctual, communicative, and fairly priced. The one thing I'd note is to try to bring your own yoga mat, or maybe Stefanie can provide one if asked, but the sand was very soft so some of the poses were a little more challenging because of that. Stefanie was wonderful! Our group of 8 was in Miami for a 50th birthday celebration. We were really looking forward to beach yoga, but Miami weather had other plans. Stefanie was flexible and we were able to find a covered space at our resort to practice with her. Everyone agreed that she was calming and professional - it was just what we needed to wrap up our trip!

Wonderful 90 minute session of restorative yoga by the beach. Perfect for our ladies only pamper trip in Miami Beach. Stephanie was very professional, flexible (in many ways hehe), and dedicated to her teaching. Appreciate her and would definitely return to her classes on every trip to Miami.
