I only get to go once a week!! What a difference even that makes!!!!! Teachers are awesome also!!!
First time I've tried yoga and never have I been put to the test. Will make this part of my work out regiment to stay flexible and core strong.
Absolutely loved the instructor, Brynn! She had me laughing the whole time. She led a TOUGH flow and I've been out of practice for a while so I really felt it, but I was glad for the challenge. Loved that we listened to grunge music the whole way through. Ticked off all the boxes for what I want in a work out 💪🏼
Love this place!!! Great teachers and they are very helpful. I've visited several yoga places in Lubbock and this one is the best by far!

I am 22 yrs old and was diagnosed with Lupus 2 yrs ago. Since my first class at The Yoga Stand I have stopped hurting! I have finally found peace not only physically, but mentally, as well. The instructors are supportive and loving. It is what I look forward to ever day I am able to go.
