Can't tell you how much I love being a part of this community both as a student and as a teacher! This place makes you feel like home. They challenge you to push yourself in your practice, but also show you the grace to go at the pace you feel most comfortable! If you're new to Lubbock this is the place to try, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to Yoga Stand since November and I absolutely love this place. From early morning classes to weekend and evening classes, every instructor has helped me grow in my practice. They all teach in a genuine and nonjudgmental way. I can’t stop sharing this hidden gem and it’s rewarding to see the family, friends and coworkers that have joined me, love it as well.

When I started yoga here, I was limited in many ways. Every instructor here brings a different skill set and methodology, but all seem to line up in a very positive way. I feel much stronger and healthier than I have in years.

I've attended 5 classes over the last week and I'm positive yoga will become a daily routine for me. I've never been able to touch my toes in the sit and reach test but after a week I can!! My lower back has been killing me and already it's 50% better. As a guy I felt intimidated entering a yoga studio. The staff made me feel completely welcome and I walked out confident and sweaty.
