Nick is very knowledgeable and great at knowing what your body needs I would highly recommend him. He does more than a massage. The best I have had. And I have had a lot of massages!! Thanks, Wendy

Nick was great! Before the massage he asked me to do several postures so he could tell where I was tight and used that to target areas during the sports massage. You can tell he's incredibly knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to customize his massages. After the massage, I not only felt much more relaxed, but also much looser in areas I've been struggling with tightness due to all my running.

Nick is absolutely astounding at what he does. Being a massage newbie, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how much it would help. I was super nervous 😂 Nick was really open and answered all of my questions, explained the process and made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was phenomenal; very professional, thorough, and tailored exactly to my pain points. I would highly recommend seeing Nick for any and all of your massage therapy needs.

I came to get a deep tissue massage as I have been an athlete most of my life and have a few injuries. Nick’s technique was spot on and I felt less pain and more mobility after our session. He also sent me follow up stretching exercises to do which have been great after working out!
