Clean and modern facilities, that room gets hot!! Sophia is an amazing instructor, love her calming voice and helped me modify for my injured knee.
Best hot HIT workout ever! Im blown away how effective their workouts are - the day after my body felt so toned and lean. I can't wait to go back, I am hooked! Staff is super experienced and motivating - and the facility is high-end with lockers and mats + towels. 10 out of 10 experience.
Beautiful space, exquisite music and motivation and the best instructors. I had an amazing HIT workout yesterday - I feel so strong and everything is more toned! I am going back tomorrow!
