I was very disappointed in the service provided. I ordered beginning of January. They sent my package to the wrong place. Then my package made it through customs only to be sent back to the same wrong place. I received one item 3 weeks later. I’m still waiting on the rest and the lady I’m dealing with keeps telling me the info is right on her screen before actually checking. Supposed to arrive this week finally.....tbd.
We ordered blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Blankets shed a lot but are ok. Blocks are UNSAFE- I’ve had them flip and fall underneath me, and so have my clients. These blocks are a liability waiting to happen. The bolsters are narrow and uncomfortable and pick up every piece of lin, hair, and dust. Horrible quality. I do not recommend this company and would give them ZERO stars if I could. Have been shopping with Yoga Direct for the past two years and always get good products, fast delivery, and good customer service
(Original post)I ordered a blanket, bolster and strap from this company. The products are all made of super cheap material. I contacted the company to see about a return and was informed I could mail it back, I pay to ship, and they charge a 15% restock fee. So now I am stuck with super cheap material products, out $40 and really bummed that this is the type of service and quality of product from them. You get what you pay for here......
