They don't return email concerns. I sent two with no response. I called customer service at 5 PM They said they close at 6. So no one responded to those calls either. I placed an order with my gift card code included, I was still charged full price and the correct gift card number was ignored. Its too painful to do business with Yoga Direct.
Was a miss-pick at the warehouse, so I received the wrong items in error, but it was quickly resolved! They even had me keep the miss-picked items, which was surprising, im sure that was a loss on their end. Would buy from again, A+ on the customers service!
I ordered 10 Black Foam Blocks, In the comment section I even mentioned "please make sure they are all black" ...They sent all blue, I ordered these to display my expensive headphone collection...they were perfect for it, its what a lot of collectors use to store their headphones...which is why I wanted black, because it fits my color scheme...blue sticks out like a sore thumb, so now idk what to do...If they didn't have black the proper thing to do would of been to shoot me an email and ask if id like another color, or a re... read more
Quality product and concern for customer satisfaction!
Yoga Direct sold me a couple of blankets that are horrible quality and should never be offered as a yoga prop. Then they wanted me to pay the return shipping! Awful products and unsympathetic customer service. Do not trust this company.
Unfortunately I would not recommend or order again from Yoga Direct. They sent me the wrong merchandise and now they expect me to ship them back to them. Terrible customer service.
Great, reasonably price products and fantastic customer service.
