There are 7 yoga studios within a short drive of my house but I choose to drive to Yoga Den World Golf Village. It's a much smaller studio than I am accustomed to, but the owner, Sara, is delightful, and the instructors are AMAZING. I make the 20+ minute trip up to the studio 3-4 days a week to take classes from Ashley, Traci, Larissa and Pam. The vibe is fantastic, there are several different types of classes to choose from and there is always plenty of parking.

Visiting my in-laws for two weeks and I wanted to continue my yoga practice and found this gem by their home. Sarah and kelly are AMAZING! Great energy. Also the studio is lovely, very clean as well as organized. Makes me want to move here!

I tried a class here for my first time a couple months ago but unfortunately had to choose a place that offers a kid zone. Night and day difference between the place I have to go to bc of my little one versus here. I highly recommend. Would def choose yoga den if I could! I bet if they make room for a kid area lots of moms would love coming!
