AMAZING online classes! Rony is remarkably able to bring her feel of direct heartfelt communication and connection to her online recorded classes. I've spent hours looking for the ideal online yoga instruction, and this is certainly it. She brings her depth of skill, her poignant presence, and her clear instruction and it is all combined with excellent production quality to bring the feeling of working one on one to the virtual world.
Wow.. cannot recommend Rony and her unique style enough. I have done yoga casually over many years, but have focused more on sports and weightlifting. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found more tightness in my hips and was looking for yoga to open up my hips. I came across Rony through a friend and so glad I found her. I used to have her as a private yoga therapist when I lived on the west side but since she opened up this practice I have been making it a point to come to this new location.
