Today we participated in the Kids Alternative Yoga for the first time and absolutely loved it! A beautiful space to easily relax in. My 6year old very much enjoyed the time with mommy and we are really excited for the next class!

Have found a new love! I have never been into "exercise" and thought those that did it regularly must have more free time than me. After attending Erin ' s classes for almost a month now I can't get enough and feel better than ever. No more continuous stress pain in my neck and shoulders. Erin is so easy going and fun!
