This was my first time taking Erin's class and it was nothing short of relaxing for my body and mind. The atmosphere was perfect tonight, doing yoga while listening to the thunderstorm. I'm already looking forward to the next class �
Erin has a unique ability to provide individual attention in a group setting. She is not only skilled, knowledgeable and intentional, but is gifted in making folks feel special. Studio 3 provides an atmosphere like none other!
Wonderful experience. Her classes are for beginners as well as the experienced. She helps each individual throughout the class. Also, can highly recommend her for a terrific massage.
I really enjoyed the yoga101 class Saturday!! I can't wait for my next class. Erin does an excellent job! I highly recommend even if you have been doing yoga for a while. I periodically jumped into a few yoga classes not knowing the basics!!
