They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Not only did this orthodontist not offer alternatives to metal braces, but they couldn't, or wouldn't, refer me to someone who did offer those services. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
