I would like consumers to be aware that when you call/receive an estimate after waiting a month for the appointment this company does not even wait to meet with the owner to accurately assess the project. If you request another estimate-in my case a whole year later waiting a month again-they will tell you they are coming, confirm the day before and then email you instead of calling to say they are NOT coming because an estimate is already on file.
