My son worked for Yoder Meats from January 2025 until today, 11/4/25. He told the manager when he interviewed that he has a disability. He is a slow learner, but learns with patience and repeated instructions. The manager was ok with that and hired him. Today he was fired for being too slow. Yoder Meats is an Equal Opportunity Employer so they say. They never talked to him about his performance. He was always there on time and only missed 2 days of work due to illness.
If I could give more stars I would! Ianian took great care of me and helped me find other great cuts of meat when I couldn’t find what I originally wanted. Thanks Yoder Meats for having great service and great quality!
