We bought 2012 Highlander and 2012 Lexus from Purifoy and I am super satisfied with their customer service. They are the only dealer I will go for my future purchases. I would strongly recommend this business. There is no hassle, great prices and honest sales people. They are not after your $$$, they are after your business.
I had called to setup an appointment to have my '13 Callaway serviced and was scheduled for 4 PM on Dec 1, 2016. Having the time, I arrived a little early but was received and welcomed in the service department.The service advisor was very welcoming and recommended the lounge as a place to have a refreshment while I awaited the completion of service which I did. I had plans at 10 AM and dropped my 2015 Silverado off for an oil change and recall at 8 AM. It was done promptly at 10 AM and Mr. Froid was very helpful in getting this accomplished. I appreciate the service work always.
I will NEVER get another car here, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!! They sold us a truck that wouldn't pass emissions and now they're refusing to do anything about it. All they've done is wipe the codes so it'll pass and told us to take it to a Toyota dealership and fix it ourselves. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR THAT CAN'T PASS EMISSIONS!!!!! I'm beyond angry and I hope nobody else has to go through what we have since day one!!!!!!
Excellent service! We bought a vette there 3 years ago and enjoy going back every chance we get. Corvettes and coffee is an event they do everyother month(i think..) its worth it to go check that out and look at all the great cars that roll in. And The owner is a sweetheart

The service department goes that extra mile to make their customer happy and to keep them safe.
