Don’t normally do reviews but being in the service business I think one is deserved here. Garry and his tech were able to get my service truck into the shop on schedule and get diagnosed, there were some parts shipping problems, out of the control of the shop but they made room the following day and got the truck back on the road! Thanks from the Black Equipment guys!
Wonderful lot, wonderful people, wonderful selections. We stopped by and picked up and 2020 Dodge Journey. We looked at a few vehicles before we quickly decided to choose the Dodge. The only thing I wish I would have known is that the car didn’t come with floor mats. I guess we thought maybe they had them out to clean the vehicle out. PSA...The website and the sign on the door says the Service Center opens at 7 on Saturday. They do not open until 8.
I do not recommend buying a vehicle here at all. Had issues with a “miscommunication” between the sales team. If you do decide to go here DON’t sign anything without reading the fine print. Even better don’t sign anything with knowing for sure you want to buy the vehicle. Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership, will not be going back again.
If this was the truck I wanted, windows down on a Sunday I'd be pissed. Not first time I've seen vehicles unlocked either. Get it together....
