I’m usually very happy with every visit . But this visit was very upsetting. I had 3 broken nails so they said I had to pay full set , which is totally fine I understand . But the lady left my nails very thick, wide and didn’t look natural at all like usual. I came back to get it fixed and lady looks annoyed and even put the wrong color . Then proceeds to say “you forgot to tip earlier so you can leave it now”. Walks me to front desk and says something to other lady. Winnie’s professionalism is 5 stars. Thank you for making this experience turnover great for me. I appreciate you listening to my concerns. Establishment is clean and has so many colors to choose from. They provide snacks which is such a cute gesture. Parking is also easy. I will be returning! Anna did an amazing job on my powder and pedicure. Her attention to detail and perfection was amazing and my nails came out great.

Haley is the best I know that when I leave my nails will look perfect every time. She’s quick but a perfectionist which I love! Everyone is kind and helpful I’m never waiting around! They have every color in the book and I just love Yosheer! I won’t go anywhere else. Plus a quick back massage after for free is always a plus!!
