It was Not a whole lot of choices 🙄 I probably will not go back. Kids like lots of choices
We have been to Yo Zone multiple times and always had good customer service. However today was a day we felt very unwelcomed. The customer service of the guy working this afternoon was horrible. It's Father's Day and it was so horrible we had to walk out without getting ice cream. My husband asked him to smile and he basically told him he didn't appreciate people telling him what to do. Delicious and satisfying; so many great flavors to choose from!!
As there maintenance supervisor I can say they are 110% customer first. They keep there yogurt units clean and maintained. If something breaks they fix it and are allways trying to improve what they have. Proud member of yozone.
Not very kid friendly staff only place I know that u can take ur kids to and the guy with the glasses has to stare at the kids like there stealing because they are tasting multiple flavors if u don't allow the samples then why give them that option.. Yes we bought some but only after being watched harder and then any of the other people who came in.. Let's just say I nor will my kids be back here again I'll go to purple penguin for now on..
