We LOVE Yo Zone, but we went there this past weekend and it was horrible!! They had very few flavors that were actually available. All of the good flavors...like chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, Oreo, etc. we empty. It was horrible! The young lady working the cash register was extremely rude! What happened? This place used to be awesome!!
I don’t recommend this place because today at around 3:00pm I went with my family and there was an employee (African American women, short hair) that yelled at my son for “overflowing” the sample cup, when in reality the machine didn’t stop. The employees need to have a training on knowing how to treat the customers. YoZone shouldn’t just hire any person.
meet the manager today needless to say he was very rude and told us we couldn't sit there it was for patrons only when we just sat down

Rude to their employees except certain ones as in they play favorites doesn’t like the idea of having a pregnant people working for them doesn’t understand that you should be wearing gloves. They might not actually serve food but they are prepping certain fresh foods that people do put on their yogurt and that is a health issue so they should wear gloves and I think they should be inspected for that fact and everybody should be treated equal
