Never have bad experience with this office
Dr. Kondo is so busy that it takes longer to get an appointment than I'd like for routine care. Always receive good service and his full attention and he's great at getting back to me using myChart so it's manageable - and emergencies are always promptly addressed.
I'm from Japan. English is my second language. I can always feel at ease because I can discuss my concerns with Dr. Kondo in Japanese.
He was very kind and helped ease our minds with concerns we had. Overall was really great with the baby and I would recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Kondo listens to concerns, asks and answers questions, suggests and recommends the most appropriate/reasonable medical/physical actions that without making big efforts I could perform. I can assure that he understands how I have been taking care of myself. He could provide relief and encouragement that I could keep going with my health issues.
Dr. Kondo understands my physical, mental, and spiritual condition very well, despite the short time we get to know each other, only two years. He and I communicate well in Japanese, our native language. I feel very supported.
