They sent an offer on my property, I accepted the offer and signed and sent it back. Two weeks later they send an email dropping their offer down $5000. In the meantime i let go another offer i received after signing with YNS. I’m not a land tycoon but if you offer a price and it’s accepted I believe that should be a binding contract.
