Came in for a color change and the man who filed off my gel polish on my toes also filed into my actual nail, his mom did the paint and she flooded my cuticle and got the color on my skin, didnt let it cure the whole way and then they charged me $45 FOR JUST A COLOR CHANGE. I had to get them fixed and when I got them fixed by my nail girl I was only charged $12. Thats insane.
I go there for a regular manicure with gel polish. He always does a nice service and my nails stay looking nice until I go back - usually three weeks or so . I won’t tell his name - but all of them are very good. Find out for yourself and you will know why I won’t let my guy get too busy for me
They don’t honor appointment times and consistently overbook themselves. I booked two gel pedicures to be done at the same time, but they only had one nail tech for both of us, who was also building a queue of two more people after me. My pedicure didn’t start until 50 minutes after my appointment time, and the service felt rushed and mediocre.
