Horrible! Went in for a full set. Had set appointment over a month ago. Not only did they rush it like I walked in last minute but got absolutely nothing what I asked for! Was getting medium length almonds and left with short pointed! The guy was the only one in the building so there wasn’t anyone else that I could request to fix it. Was super rough and left my fingers bleeding and drill rashed. Terrible! And he just kept trying to convince me “this shape is better” super upset. Terrible service! Avoid this place—they are extremely unprofessional. They did a terrible job in my nails
I came here with my daughter and paid $186 for an absolutely awful job. The older man who did my nails was extremely rough with my hands, acting like he didn't even want to be there. To make matters worse, he used a color I never asked for, and the final result was completely ruined. When I brought this up to the owner, she was completely indifferent and rude, only offering a $10 discount for a ruined service and a horrible experience. This person clearly shouldn't be doing nails. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.

What is the point of allowing an appointment to be made if you don't see the clients at the appointment time? If your not going to stick to appointments then you should only allow walk ins. I made an appointment for 11am. Waited over an hour for the pedicure, still hadn't been helped so I left instead. Complete waste of time and terrible time management on their part. I'd give zero stars if I could.
