I had an appointment but ended up waiting about an hour after my pedicure, which was a little tough. And the main reason for 3 stars. That said, the owner did an amazing job on my nails and absolutely nailed the design! The results were beautiful and totally worth the wait. I just wish the timing had been a bit smoother because everything else was wonderful.

Update: Yen made it right and she does an amazing job! I have continued to go back and see her and have been happy with the result every time since
