I had an appointment at 4pm and they took people that had appointments at 4:15pm ahead of me. At 4:40pm I had them cancel my appointment. I’ve had my nails done here before and it’s mediocre at best. The gel falls off and nails break easily. Go to another salon if you can!

Awful experience. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, but I definitely did not receive the service that was advertised. Even though we had an appointment, the entire pedicure felt rushed from start to finish. The polish application was very poor—it wasn't applied close to the cuticles, so my nails already looked like they had a week's worth of growth when I left. I walked in when they were close to closing and despite that they still got me in! They were so nice about it too and didn’t give any attitude about it. They stayed late and still she took her time in doing my nails and gave me great service!! Would def come back here!!

The positives, everyone was nice and my toes look fairly good. The negatives - they did not get to me until 30 minutes past the time I had made an appointment for. My nail tech did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted and just gave me the basic even though I wanted the deluxe and they rushed me through. The massage was short, sloppy and disappointing. Rushing and a crappy massage are dealbreakers for me. Will not be back.
