The staff is kind and responsive! Clean gym.
They do not have many or any kettle bells available in the open gym area. They say that it’s because they are getting stolen and that they use them for classes and training. If they’re having this big problem with stealing, they need to install cameras. I’m not sure I can stay at the gym where kettle bells aren’t available to the public who pay to be there. Might be looking for a new gym.
The Y is a place away from home that allows you to regenerate your body your mind and soul. The atmosphere is about kindness and people that care about each other. My favorite part of the one is the thing that I have a personal spa where I can relax, relay and release in a steamy steam room and a hot sauna, followed by a flowing whirlpool not to mention the Olympic warm and cold pool that is available for swimming aerobics or just hanging out socializing with friends. Nice facilities and clean well maintained equipment.
They treat you like an inconvenience if you go in to signup for a membership and don’t meet a certain demographic… Overall unwelcoming atmosphere and overpriced for the experience
