The people are very nice and take of you enjoy being there
Love the pools! Since they have a separate pool for therapy , the main pool is usually available for lap swimming in the afternoon. Love the fact that they have separate dressing rooms for kids. There are also plenty of treadmills, each with tv. Makes time go by faster when u can watch your fav show!! All in all a great place to work out.
I have met so many wonderful people and I love my Y! I'm probably in the best condition I've ever been in...there's a lot of variety of classes!
I go to the Y everyday and enjoy my workouts. Come see what your missing get your workout on.
