The front desk service is nice. I have had a membership for over a year, but just recently, I am not happy at all. Just a few days ago, I went with my family. We did the fitness center after I placed my belongings in a locker. After a bit i went to get my phone to use. Relizing it was at 2 percent i shut it off. Was totally floored when they told me the price for 90 minutes. First it was 16 dollars then after I told her my age a d she had my ID. She changed to 13 dollars Then entered pool area kiddy pool was closed hot tub was just warm and swimming pool was ice cold. Big shocker.
I love this space and everything they do for the community.
They need a better schedule on there website it never up to date or accurate like to today no mention of open gym ending 1 hour earlier on the schedule
Better they updates there gym equipment replaced some with better mechanic But why did y’all remove the mirror do you not want people to be flexing ? And why did y’all remove the scale that was in the male chage room that’s weird there was no good reason to remove it And why are the change rooms hot as hell turn the ac on it was not like this last year arond the same time last thing I want to do is go in the chage room already hot then go in there and feel the heat of 20 suns all y’all have is one small fan that needs to be ... read more
