I love going to the Y. I am a retired school teacher and when I retired in 2011...I gained 10 pounds in the first month. I started going to the Frankfort YMCA and LOVED it. I needed the exercise!!! but...also I needed the friendships I have made. They have sooo many different classes you can take. Just recently Jen started working at the Y in Frankfort and her classes are so amazing. We are sooo fortunate to have such wonderful people working/teaching at our Y. I love the Y! It's one of the Clinton County surprises. A beautiful facility with friendly people; A great place to volunteer your time, lose weight, compete, workout, mentor kids, have a party, after Prom, meeting, dance, learn to swim, and so many other memory makers all under your control. Get off the couch, drop the cable, make some new friends and memories that will enhance your life! Make sure to say Hello to me I'm there frequently.
