Great new facility. Nice weight floor, couple power racks, plenty of benches, dumbells up to 100 lbs. Glad to see they're open Sunday mornings now.
There has got to be a better solution to this. It’s been like this for a long time now.
I think that having to reserve a spot in class is ridiculous...you are constantly on your phone waiting for the time to hit so you can reserve your spot..also...took a body combat class and I was injured during class and the instructor did not even ask if I was ok....even after class was over she never approached me and checked on me...I have been a fitness instructor for over 25 years and I have always checked immediately if some one in my class looked in distress! Because of this...I will never take class from this instruc... read more
