Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great equipment and classes. Very clean and welcoming.
I'm months out of a major ab surgery and see Downtown Tulsa Y trainer Kel biweekly. I've hired trainers at Equinox Highland Park [TX] who were LSU track stars and all that. Kel is better. He knows biomechanics, thinks outside the box, is acutely dedicated to avoiding injury by using the right form, is respectful of everyone in the gym, I NEVER have to ask him to put equipment back, he is ALWAYS on time, and maybe the most unusual - he is patient and encouraging.
