Do not bring your kids to this gym they expect you to stand next to your child the whole time with in arm's length even though that's not what the rule states. It states reasonably within arm's reach and then they will harass you and bother you on the floor the whole time even if your child is calmly walking on the treadmill. They will exaggerate and make up rules as they please and try to push you out of their facility and use your kids as the reason. I love this location. It has everything you can need for a good workout routine. My biggest gripe is not location specific but that its pretty frustrating that they rebranded to "The Y" to seem modern and inclusive, but still keep the doors locked until 1:00 PM on Sundays. They want to be a standard community gym but are stuck running on old church hours, which is just inconvenient for paying members.

Just grabbed a day pass here for $20. Happy with the facility and friendly employee. Had all the equipment I needed for a solid workout, and not crowded during the day went I went on a Monday.
