I have been working out there for fifteen years - great staff and facilites plus you're supporting an organization with outreach for the community (rather than a for profit "gym")
The staff is nice and friendly, I love the gym it's very clean and has great equipment I never feel crowded. Definitely would recommend this place I love it.
We enjoyed the racquetball, I love the treadmill and the bikes & swimming!
