I love my YMCA because of the well-trained instructors who are all so very wholesome and have positive, happy attitudes. I'll extend that comment to the support staff too that keep everything clean, orderly, and running smoothly and never fail to offer a pleasant greeting. My favorite classes are the yoga classes and their different formats but I participate in body pump and silver sneakers too. The Silver Sneakers class is GREAT for the "more mature" client and has really blossomed under instructor, Lisa Jebsen. The student... read more
We have only been a couple of times, but we enjoy it! The guys at the front desk are always so nice, and the facilities are always clean.
My daughter attends their daycare program and we are so happy with their facility. Clean and structured learning. I highly recommend!!
