I’ve been coming to the Y for about a couple years I’ve experienced a few free classes, utilize the sauna, pool & whirlpool. I’ve signed up for a trainer once for six months and I use the play & learn/kids zone as well. This is a wonderful place that has LOTS of options for all ages which is a plus. My son has also participated in sports and swim classes through the Y! The Y benefits me with having two children and needing someone to care for them when I like to work out.
