I had a great experience at HRH while taking the water fitness workshop. Our instructor Jenny was fabulous. Amazing facility, I'll definitely be back
I love all the different options they have and i have always been a big fan of YMCA's. However the staff at the front desk is very rude and if i was the owner of this facility. They would not be working for me at all. Their jobs are not at all hard. All they have to do is sit behind a desk and be nice to customers....maybe flash a smile or two. At my job i have to fun around trying to multi-task 5 different things at once and still smile and treat customers with respect. I don't even care if its a fake smile....just at like ... read more
When I check in they tell me my wife card and grandson were suspended after 15 min they said ok this is third time lady in wheel chair say are you behind in preschool no we withdrew a year ago was not happy at all Ms Whicker was very out spoken how great she is at teaching and the Head lady was more worried about her own Daughter now the Black Lady at night was very good at clearing out middle school youth when gym closed She told them they new rules and to move on to front then they grave subway people hard time Glad they h... read more
