I've been to YM over 5 times to take advantage of some great deals and excellent customer service. I 'd much rather buy local and have the comfort of being able to ask questions in person. The owner and staff at YM are terrific! They are so friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I ordered my second D750 from here and all my new gear. Even when the camera was out of stock they kept me posted on the progress and the delivery was exceptional. Thank you guys, you're the best around! �
Robby and the team at YM Camera are fantastic. I stopped in yesterday to get my camera cleaned and to pick up a big lens that I'm renting for a trip out West. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also felt they were very reasonable in price, especially for the level of expertise they offer. Add those things together and you get a great experience. I will be back for my next photography purchase. Hats off to YM Camera.
The store is easy to get to (even from Pittsburgh), easy to find, and amazing to work with. YM Camera's staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly personable. I have always been an Amazon-only shopper for my photography equipment needs, and I will be a loyal YM customer from here on! :)
