Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! Even if you just have a question on how to use your camera.
I was looking for a Nikon D850 after mine had been on order for 2 months at B&H. Talked with them on the phone and they were more than helpful. I ended up ordering a Sony a7rIII from them and they had it for me in a week even though it was back ordered every where with regular updates on what was happening. There was even a hand written thank you note in the box with the camera and lens They will get all my business in the future because you can't beat the customer service and prices.
very knowledgeable and professional staff! competitive pricing in most cases. in cases where a product may have a higher cost vs both on/offline competitors of theirs is made up for in the way of service, product and photography knowledge in my opinion. you can tell there is a passion for photography.
