I wanted to buy an expensive light. I gave my credit card info. They authorized it every week for 11 weeks, while we waited for the manufacturer to make the light. That is ridiculous and effectively reduces my credit limit, but OK. After 3 months my credit card number changed and they cancelled my order. My only option? Place a new order and my wait would start over again. I'll just order it elsewhere and not waste more of my time with this joke of a business.
