非常推荐Yiyi和她的团队。我在我朋友的推荐下跟Yiyi 购买了投资房，由于我不在NC，yiyi非常有经验的跟我们讲解每块地的优缺点和不同小区的地理位置区别。每次有问题都是第一时间回复，解释到位又清楚。Close之前有两次要walk thru, 我都忘记了要远程会议，但是她和她的团队都按时到新房帮我检查，并且推荐了靠谱的inspector, 跟建商要求把各个小问题都解决了！非常负责和上心。让我非常省心。快Close之前就帮我们上市招租，在11月这样的淡季也帮我在一周左右找到合适租客，租房团队很给力，跟我沟通租客情况。最大程度保护了房东的利益。合同也准备的很用心，并非市场上的普通标准合同，还会帮我们加上更多保护房东的一些条款。我本来对异地买投资房和管理非常害怕但是yiyi的团队让我觉得完全没问题找个靠谱的agent 和property manager 非常难得。我很幸运找到了Yiyi！感谢

I would like to highly recommend Yiyi and her team. A few friends and I purchased investment properties from Yiyi in the same community, and since we are not in NC, Yiyi would inform us about the pros and cons of each area during the selection process. She always responds immediately whenever there’s an issue, and her explanations are thorough and clear. Yiyi is the best agent. I really appreciate the services that Yiyi provided to me during the past few years. I have purchased multiple properties through her. She always gives me the right advise. She is wise and sensitive to the market trend. Two to three years ago, I asked her to sell some of my rental properties that I had held for a long time because I saw the price went up and I thought it was a great time to sell, plus I already moved to California. Yiyi has assembled a very professional, efficient, knowledgeable team that can handle every aspect of the purchasing process, and finding tenants as well. Her team has helped us on several purchases and finding tenants, and all of those transactions have been seamless.
