I called to book an appointment but the man who answered was inhospitable and sounded miserable. I asked "How's it going?" and he responded "how may I help you" as if he didnt hear me. I asked Him again " How are you" and it was very clear he had no joy or love to give and sounded very depressed . People want to go somwhere they FEEL WELCOMED. If you represent THE MOST HIGH/ YISRAEL you should do it with HONOR and HUMILITY and SHALOM. Absolutely unprofessional and not an expression of true YISRAEL.If you all do read this hav... read more
