Hires Yire’s for a roofing repair job & gen contractor for a new building job. He walked off the job after taking 75% of the money. Shame on us. Miguel did not manage his end of the 50% down & we realized the cost of materials went up. Never blinked an eye when he need us to pay for materials or he needed more money.
