Without question the best realtor in the area. I would not work with anyone else to buy or sell a home. She is the standard in what a realtor should be, she goes out of her way to sell your home at the suggested price while providing consistent feedback.
Karen is the best! She remembers people and what they need. She is never too busy to keep in touch with former clients and she works hard to close the deal in an extremely respectful and pleasant way. I called Karen on a referral from a co-worker and I am so happy I did. Karen was always ready to help. She detailed every part of the process and what to expect. Her production company took beautiful pictures of our house that highlited it's high points perfectly. We had an offer withing the first week or two of showings and got full asking price.
