Not Good Would never build with Yingst again. They are not the great builder that they portray themselves to be - far from it. Their subcontractors run amuck and oversight by Yingst's foreman is practically non-existent. Their "Signature Homes" are extremely over-priced for the small floor space and limited amenities offered in comparison to other local builders. 2" x 4" exterior wall construction on 3 of the 4 sides of my house - other local builders have been using 2" x 6" construction for years - not Yingst. really great local builder Yingst Home Inc is a really great local builder. They build fine homes as well as townhouses. Each home is made with such care and fine quality materials. The town homes are some of the nicest looking around and the interiors are equally as nice. Yingst really focuses on building a great home with all the nice finishing touches. Yingst is a reliable and respected builder who gives his customers a great quality house at a good price.
